Unprofessional - dispute department

I don't even know where to begin account now is the worst company i've ever seen with no 24 hour customer service... First my federal tax refund was to be deposited on feb. 8th it was so started paying off some bills by day3 i go to atm to get cash... Receipt says insuff. Funds no sweat go to atm at bank some atm's won't accept this card... Tried 3 transactions insuff funds, not authorized, and call customer service on last receipt account now didn't answer first day 2nd day i tell rep something is wrong with my card but i know i've only spent $76 today. So rep tells me she can't give me any info on account cause it's been blocked and i said for what she said she couldn't tell me. Account now wouldn't tell me why the blocked the card for a whole week i said fine what do i need to do to get my fund. The rep tells me fax photo id, ss card, and a utility bill. And i said mam utility bill... And i've had prepaid cards before and with account now and she says it will take 1to3 days for us to receive fax that's to long for a fax i said but fine... 4 days later call back to see if it was received rep didn't know 1 day later call back and another rep says 3to5 days to receive fax i say may i talk with a supervisor she said we don't have one here right now so i get upset because every business has a supervisor thats bull after 1 hour of bad mouthing this lady abut no supervisor she says hold on for supervisor i said i thought i couldn't talk to one... Supervisor hangs up i call back and i say my husband's card had been blocked also i guess because we share same address... I say i lived at house already allone before we met so he don't have any utilities in his name so the lady says they never got first fax so i fax info again his first and then mine since they say they never received it i fax 25 copies of his first and then 25 copies of mine also... It's monday call wed no fax, call friday and rep says the should get back to me by no later than monday that's today call back today expecting them to unblock card rep. First says it will be another 48 hrs... I tell her rep said yall received my faxs on friday what's the hold up... I say transfer me to supervisor i tell supervisor i've been waiting 3 weeks for account now to receive fax they say hold. They come back and she then says it will be another 48 hrs. I get angry because rep on friday never said that and rep that transfer me last before you hung up on me once then kept me on hold for 49 min. The supervisor then finally tlls me the have the black and white fax but it's to dark to see so i say well i saw it perfect before i faxed it. They tell me to send in color copy i say hell no i faxed 25 copies each and yall never received them i'm not faxing anymore documents... Then i say if fax again will it take 5days to receive plus 3 more days to review and 2 more days bfore they release funds she says yes and i say you can talk to my lawyer... Crazy story all that money account now makes yall don't have color settings for a company that has all that money they say no... It's been almost 4 weeks now for something that was suppose to take 3 to 5 days... I hate these people... And to top it off i just received a eviction letter, my car note is 20 days past due, electric bill came last monday and water bill wednesday, and my car insurance is 2 months past due i i have a 2yr. Old, 4yr. Old, and 8yr. Old daughters and i'm a single parent i hope i don't end up homless because this company wants color copies which the never stated in the beginning which tells me it sould be standard for color copies anyway... Idiots you verify peoples id's duh!!! But i talked with a lawyer and i'm not sending anymore documents i will sue and if my daughter and i end up homeless because no one can see... I will make sure you be able to play with anyone else's lives... P.S. I won't my money... You unprofessionals
