If you are trying to re-establish credit, this is not the way to go! You end up paying way to much money, for your balance not to move. You had better pay before the due date. There is no grace period! You will have fees up the?! *. And in order to make sure that they don't give you a negative report with the credit bureau, you will pay. YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT PAYING ONLINE, THEY CHARGE YOU $7 BUCKS FOR THAT TOO!

Actually from my experience all of these little credit card companies are rip-offs. If you have bad credit, work on settling your account. Get a co-signer for whatever you are trying to purchase and make your payments on time. This will help.
