Rip me off overcharged for credit we didnot purchase

First of all they charge $200.00 dollars just to open your account i only had a credit limit of $50.00 to charge that is all i charged i gave a payment of over $100.00 now my account went to the credit bureau my balance i owe is $398.46 how could this company be in business. They owe me some money you try to resolve the problem with them they just give you the run around. They also charge you $7.00 when you make a payment they charge extra $7.00 for the service monthly.
Plus the other additional charges just to have the credit card. When companies would call me in regards to lowering my interest due to the new credit card law i would mention first premier bank credit card they would say they dont work with this credit card. This company is out of the question this is a fradulent company they were suppose to fix your credit score my credit score did not go up one bit. Harrasment phone calls calling late at night after hours very early in the morning weekends even on sundays.
