Westlake Financial
They are charging me fees for bounced check and late fees i never bounced a check with any one

Westlake financial is a big ripoff they are vultures circleling for the innocent preys, the are un-ethical, rude, irrisponsable, if i had done my research before accepting financing with them i would have done without a car at that time
they are incompetent, selfish money hungry scavangers and someone
should put them out of buss.
Their manager will not speak with you. You have to speak with their unprofessinal untrained, so shall i say badly trained customer svcs reps, they cant speak english they dont understand english or act like they dont they literaly sent me to the emergency room with a nervouse breakdown and you know what they told me,
That is not our problem we could care less. All we want is our late fees at that time i was not late they accused me of bouncing checks that were previously paid and still want me to pay returned check fees and late fees, If you are buying a car and the finance company is westlake financial continue taking the bus, walk Run buy a bicicle, skate any thing dont ever consider Westlake YOU WILL BE SORRY. They send me to collection every mont by the 20th my payment is due mid month.
