My daughter, a college student, received an offer from these people for a $10,000 limit on a credit card. Thankfully she thought it was odd they wanted $37 up front so she gave it to me. Upon review of the terms I saw their disclaimer that they were not affiliated with Visa or MasterCard, confirming my suspicion that this was a scam. The other complaints on this website also confirmed it. I plan to contact the police in Dallas to see if they will accept a report. My investigation of this offer led me to this website, an invaluable service. Thanks to all of you.
