My name is daniel, have a loan with wells fargo, for the last 3 yrs i have paid in excess of fees to stop wells fargo pursuing my loan to foreclousure, i sent the payment on time, and they recieved my payment on time. They refuse to provide me with their reciept date.
My payment was returned and my loan was sent to attorney for forecloure or they would quickly approve a loan modification with fees of $1375 as processing fees.

Wells has repeatdely done this to me; they target minorities and all others. I was helpless with three kids, would be shaken with sleepless nights fear of loosing my townhome. I could not believe the google search results, pertaining to wells fargo banks fradulent pratices, i am glad to know i am not alone. I hope hud or some higher authority should look into practices by well fargo. This will save millions of dollars to the innocont consumers. I thank you all for reading my story.
