Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
Ripoff incorrect start date and now in trouble

We got our loan through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in August. Went to closing and found we had to pay $3000 in closing after being told by our loan agent that all fees were included in the loan. 2nd problem, They messed up our contract and had to have it redone twice.

Once they finally got the paperwork straightened out, they told us our first payment wasn't due til 11/04. Low and behold, on October 17 we got a phone call wanting to know where the payment was and we told them that we didn't have a payment due until 11/01/04. Wells Fargo proceeded to tell us we were past due and there was nothing they could do.

Needless to say, we are now behind on our payment by one month and they will do nothing to help and admit to there mistake. We regret ever going with Wells Fargo and the bad part is, they know they are in the wrong and won't admit there mistake.
