Didn't honor my decision

I registered silverlotto.com year or two before and lately when my subscribtion was going to end they’ve approached me and provided restoration. I’ve rejected their present but despite the fact that I’ve got billed for just one more year of account. I tried contacting customer care but didn’t get any reaction from their website.
