Worst customer service ever!

Today i called to report my card missing. I contacted a service rep who advised me that it takes # days to type my new address into the computer. I asked to speak to a manger i got rebbeca andrie what a joke!!! This lady is the rudest manger i have ever spoken to in my life. She wanted to argue with me about where to send my card and then she refused to listen when i requested where to send the card. I wish that there was someone that cared about customer service at pnc bank. She does not!!!
