Universal Cash Rewards ripoff

I transfered a large amount to the card at 0%. I missread the due date on my bill. I made the more than the minimum payment.

Two days after the payment was due they wacked me with a $39 late fee and increaced my apr to 28.490% with a $300.18 finance charge.

When i called them to explain they said there was nothing they could do because the computer would not allow them.

They suggested that I try back every month. The $300 finance charge was only for approximatly 10 days worth imagine if I waited a couple of months we would be talking $1000's
