Ripoff ridiculous fees and charges

Ocwen Federal Bank is a ripoff. They assumed our loan from Aurora Loan Services in 2000. They have charged us over 40,000.00 in fees and late charges, forced hazard insurance on us when we have always carried our own hazard insurance.
We are no longer with them, Thank God, but they are now requesting I provide insurance declaration pages from 2000. My insurance company says they no longer have those files. I am out $800.00. They are a terrible company and they need to be stopped.
