Not sure what to think about Imperial Capital

The first phone call I had with this company was with some young guy on the phone who said that they can pull all 3 of my credit reports for $60 and then tell me how much it will cost to repair all of my credit. I told him that was fine, but then realized he only pulled 2 reports. Which is fine, from what I hear. The next guy (Pat) then went over my credit report, which has 3 settled accounts that had negative reports in the past and 1 outsstanding debt that i want to get fixed. He said they would fix it all within 60 days, but most within 30 days. He said to pay him $500 for the 1st 60 days and then its $90 a month after that. I told him that if they were the best as advertised, then they should only need 60 days on something so small. I offered him $300 since the first guy on the phone said i would be at $200... Pat said $375 and I said ok. Well... Nothing has been done other then some letters that they sent out which NEVER work and the bureau's just delay the process and do not fix anything... Hell all of the bureaus do not even respond.

I am now on day 30 and I am still getting excuses. I hate to post this on here now, but I want to keep you in the loop of my progress. They brag how they are the best and will get you on track fast, and how Pat was going to be my account manager etc... Pat never takes my call or reaches out to me. He pawned me off to member services and all they say now is that there is a money back gaurantee after 6 months. I can tell you now, that if they do not do what they said after 60 days, my money will be back in my hand. I will be the first to promote them if they are doing things right and proving themselves, but if they do not, then I do not want others wasting their money as well. So far, lets not judge them too hard, but do NOT expect results within 30 days - that is BS.
