CCBS 435-637-5520 UT CCB will lie to you and say "yes we will get your credit score above 700 in 3 to 6 months" 14 months later not 1 single negative item is off my credit report!

CCB told me they could remove negative items from my credit report, and have my credit score above 700 in 3 to 6 moths. Their fee is $49.95 a month, and they charge $30 to pull your credit... It has now been OVER 14 months and OVER $750 they have taken from me and NOT 1 SINGLE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT!!!
I called Rick frustrated and angry, and he says the same thing each time I call, "It can take longer than we think, just stay with us for another round of letters (3 months per round!) and we should get these items removed.
Well Rick, thanks for feeding me lies for over a year.
I called and said I wanted my money back, he has not removed 1 item. He said he would work the next 3 months for free, to try and get some results, THEN CHARGED ME THE VERY NEXT DAY $49.95. The nerve! And never refunded my money.
I am sick of the lies, and most of all wasting my time and money. Citizens Credit Bureau is a scam and a ripoff. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear to take your money, then not deliver at all. Don't believe anything they say.
Now my credit card company is disputing 5 charges, (because they say they can only go back 120 days) what about the other $350 they took of mine?)
