6500 credit offer with no interest

I got a letter from CCS offering a 6500 line of credit with no interest. I like others who have posted on this sight have bad credit.

It did seem to good to be true. I decided to try a search for CCS, which is difficult at best when they don't give you a legitimate name (at least I didn't find one)

Luckily, hits came up for this sight, which I have looked at before so I am familiar with it. Scams like this should be illegal!

Is there anything we as consumers can do to put them out of business?
