RIPOFF Sent me a letter in the mail with a card saying I was approved for 6500.00

I recieved this letter on 9/8. I knew that something was wrong with this. A card with 0% interest, and $6500.00. I dont think so. I got on the computer and looked it up and found that it was all a rip off. Thanks for this site I got the information that I needed.
