I accidentally completed an application to what I thought was a credit card. The terms and conditions are such that the company reatains at least $90 of an $ 145 fee for doing nothing when you cancel. They rake the money out of your account the next day but will not give you what little bavck untill one month later.
Be careful do not enroll.
