Do not get a mortgage or mortgage at keybank! I'm attempting to conserve my house and KeyBank wont use me at-all but their selections division that is rude calls me constantly, including at 8:01 on vacations. Written down, they wont set anything plus they claim they'll deliver a duplicate of my agreement to me however do not send something. Our credit union is assisting me out-but my mortgage wo n't be modified by Keybank, work-out cost plans or do something to assist. Oh they were pleased to consider millions in TARP cash in the citizens. Thanks for nothing, KeyBank.
