Rip-off! Flood Insurance Scam!

Automatically increased my payment by $25 a month to provide what they deemed necessary for increased flood insurance. Had previously taken out flood insurance for much more that the load amount and had contacted the flood insurance Co. (Travelers) for the increase which was $5 and that was for 1/2 a year coverage. WM returned the check to Travelers with no explaination. I would not have noticed the increase if I had not checked my bank statement. I was not notified of the increase by Mutual OR Bank One. I could find no one at WM who cared at all. Horrible experience.
