Unsure if I will obtain the money removed my account

I had been online and simply trying to get financing, then I acquired a telephone message stating that the money was appearing out of my consideration they did not say just how much however when i named them I acquired placed on store by an automatic program and kept for more than 30 units 3 differing times but no body responded. I never discovered what happened. I speaking with my lender although not guaranteed if I will obtain the money removed my bill.
