Unauthorized withdrawl from my bank account

$149.95 was removed from my banking account without my agreement. I named the telephone number shown about the deal (800) 685-9354 but no body actually responded. I am unsure how they got my info and my lender is informing me I've to keep in touch with the organization first to obtain the costs corrected.
