Needed to spend 87$ for-free subscription

I ran across Bidrack.com and chose to enroll given that they promoted FREE subscription. After I listed, to my shock, I noticed that I had been billed $99.00. I named the toll free quantity and spoke to some customer support representative who mentioned they might just return me $12.00 simply because they possess a $87 enrollment charge that's non refundable. This $87 non refundable charge isn't mentioned on the site, but is concealed like a FREE subscription.
