They're scam artists!

I bought towards the 7-day trial offer account on 5/24 and was informed they needed to confirm who I had been before I really could see my entire credit history (at that time I really could just observe 1 credit rating). I called back on 6/7 due to the fact that I was never able to see everything and the representative told me that she would give me a 50% discount for the inconvience and would only charge me $7.95 instead of $14.95 and that the charge wouldn't go through until 6/30. And so I proceeded to provide her my new card range and 10 minutes following the phone I examine my bank record on-line to determine that she charged me $14.95 in the end AND NEVER on 6/30 like she explained!!! And so I named them back and was informed it's nothing they are able to do the cost had been prepared, I requested to talk to a boss that was no aid. All I understand is my cash better be in my banking account or they'll possess a significant suit.
