I learned the hard way that SunTrust customer service 800# is not open 24 hrs. What happens if there is a security emergency like a lost or stolen card. Well you have to wait until 6 AM the following day to contact them.By the way, when you call the 800# it requires you to answer questions and then, you get a message that they are closed. Now that's what I call customer respect. I closed my account and moved all my business to a Credit Union that has 24 hr. Customer service.
