Customer service line closed overnight, no help for lost cards

I learned the hard way that the SunTrust customer service 800 number is not open 24 hours. What happens if there is a security emergency, like a lost or stolen card? Well, you have to wait until 6 AM the following day to contact them. By the way, when you call the 800 number, it requires you to answer questions, and then you get a message that they are closed. Now that is what I call customer respect. I closed my account and moved all my business to a credit union that has 24-hour customer service.
