Ripoff

I was contacted by a ricky garcia in late march about getting a guaranteed credit card.

I allowed prime one top debit my account for $217 on 4-9-04.

I received a package in early may and sent it back immediately to receive a refund.

I have yet to receive a refund of my money and now as of today the phone number for the company has been disconnected. 8-24-04

The BBB never returned my calls or emails when i made a complaint on 6-29-04 i also contacted the federal trade commission on that same day. And the attorney generals office here in indiana on that day as well.

I spoke with prime one 1 week ago and they assured me i would receive my refund within 2 weeks. Well now their phone has been shut off so i only assume now that my money is history.

Federal trade commission was very interested in the fact that they have office in new york but number in canada. Said they violated some law and it was fraudulant to do business that way.

So maybe they have been shut down now. I just hope at $217 a call they didnt make off with too many millions of dollars of hard working individuals.
