Our mortgage with ACS was transformed to Sallie Mae in February. Funds which should have already been likely to Sallie Mae, I incorrectly delivered to ACS (handle distress). I created 6 funds to ACS and also the only cause it had been captured was since I had been receiving late-payment notice from SallieMae. I obtained 2 compensation assessments from ACS plus they still owe me over $1,600. I have been awaiting anyone to react to numerous calls and notice requesting transaction record report so I - can obtain a evidence of my funds. On a single of my several calls, among the customer support representative really charged me of attempting to devote a scam by wrongly requesting compensation for funds I never created. After I talked to 1 of the administrators... Who had been better but no further useful aimed me to cost dept. NEVER noticed back from anybody - regardless of how many calls, e-mails or faxes which were delivered. Obviously I'm still waiting. I'm really disappointed, furious and feel robbed.
