On May 28th i had a transfer from checking to savings account which WF does that automatically. I had in my account $169.00 in order to covered i checked for $150.00 that I had to pay, so i knew that I had enough money.By May 29th, I moved back the $25.00 that the WF does automatically every month. My balance continued to be $169.00 By May 30th i got a fee for $35.00, and i went to the bank which is on Cleveland ave Santa Rosa Ca i spoke with the manager. Her name is Angie Pardomo, she was very rude, she said "if you knew that you have a transfer every month why did not you put more money? And i said i do not need more money because i have been following my account and i know what i have to do to avoid fees. She also said that it was my fault and she was not going to do anything about it. I told her several times that until May 29th my account was positive and the balance was $169.00 I constantly checked it and she said that if I used my account to make only payments she could not help me because i should have a balance of $5,000 a month at least. I told her are you kidding me? Angie Pardomo is not going to tell me how manage my money, she is there to help not being so judgmental. I finally told her to close my account, and she gave attitude, ANGIE PARDOMO SAID, " YOU PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE YOUR MONEY AND YOU COME HERE TO BOTHER ME TO FIX YOUR PROBLEMS." I told her that is why WF pays her for, and thanks to all of us that we need this service paid her paycheck. Angie Pardomo finally said my final word is "NO" to you and please do not bother me with your problems i am here to fix problems, and i told her is this not a problem to you? She was very condescending. ANGIE PARDOMO DID NOT EVEN CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, so who is going to close it if i talk to some else and he said Angie Pardomo is the one who closes the accounts. Please people let's show this company that WITHOUT US, IT IS NOTHING. We all have the power to change everything by unifying our strength, and we are here to be heard and have an answer, not to be treated as if we do not matter.
