E-credit solutions got me too took 199.95 by ecs out of account

I got ripped off by e-credit solutions. I want to know if
theere is a way i can get my money back. The letter i got says
that they are based in miami fl. I don't know if it is true or
not. If something can be done please e-mail at
lancegoteka@yahoo.com.
I need my money back. I am already poor
know i am in deeper dept i can't even go to college now because
i have to pay off my bounced checks the bank is no help either
the could care less if i had money or not.
