Unauthorized charge card costs

I settled around $4.95 to get a slow lookup on a single event. I instantly terminated the support after and was billed $21.67 on my last charge card statement. After I called Intelius to appear into this, they stated their hours began at 5:00 A.M., but no body replied. I'm really discouraged.
