MIC Scam artists an ripoffs. Veterans beware!

This company sends you a letter listing a low interest rate on a refinance va 30 year loan. When you call they say it will take about 15 min to explain but when they arrive it is a about 2 hours. Their switch and bait letter also says it is free and no down. But when they finally get you to agree to an ARM (they don't do fixed as they advertised) then the switch begins. First to reserve it they want the wai slant of a months mortgage.

When you don't agree they call the office and agree to 100 which they are to give you at closing but since they don't come do the closing you don't get. You also don't get the promised refund of your old escrow at closing and the amounts are way different. When I say different it isn't $10 or 20 it is $2,000 different. Thier excuse... We didn't get the right numbers from your old mortgage company.

Truth my "old" mortgage never gave them becouse they were never asked for. This company has been bad news from day one. Wish we had checked them out further. Now today we get a change in escrow they want us to send them 800 or they are in increasing our payments. No explanation like insurance went up that much (it nor taxes did, taxes actually went down).

We also got a letter stating that GMAC mortgage who is handling the mortgage for MIC (part of the corporation) is filing chapter 11 bankruptcy but you must make your payments. Needles to say this is the final straw of this debacle. Don't deal with these people we have been lied to lost money and not our payment is to go up. Our taxes are going down due to our homestead exemption but they want more. I don't think so.
