Greendot accused me of fraudulantly using my own info and canceled my card twice

I purchased a card just as I have in the past, with the same identical address, social, etc., and failed to put my first name on the card but instead the card read "my middle and last name"and was told i was committing fraud, although i had no problem using the card to pay bills and make purchases until i was met with humiliation and embarrassment. I phoned and spoke with a supervisor and based on the previous cards I have the information was identical, address, social, etc., he concurred and told me that the alleged investigators would call me the next day to verify further and they did not. After the supervisor confirmed my previous cards info and unblocked my card and stated a new card bearing my name would arrive and it did. The card had My middle and last name, so i began to use the card and then the same thing happened again only this time, the two people i spoke with alleged that my account was suspicious and fraud was committed until they too looked at the other cards information. There was never an investigation conducted and my character and good name was defamed,
I was talked down to by the operators and refused to be allowed to speak to the alleged investigators or someone at headquarters. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I am disabled and have to travel a distance to even get one of these
cards and to think that my character was damaged by the information they put in there system about me is humiliating and defamatory! I demand an answer!
