Rio-Off they kept charging my account after canceling

I called and canceled the 30 day free trial period and they continued to charge my account. I called and wasted an hour of time and they were going to refund the $9.95 3 weeks ago and nothing. Since I use this accoutn online I only keep funds I am using in that and my bank charged me Non sufficient funds fee for a transaction I did not authorize and they will not fix the problem. Thank goodness I don't keep any money I there for them to take. Horrible company and even worse sustomer service.
