Fraud charges

I recently recently noticed costs on my bank account of $16.95 from Experian. After I named to determine who approved these costs I had been informed that the account was exposed with all my info since October even if I've never exposed a merchant account with Experian to check on my credit history.in this discussion the client support consultant about the telephone started giggling and discovered it humorous that I had been arguing $16.95. It was not really a onetime cost I Have been evidently been billed this quantity each month since March. Obviously today I am being informed that its was a non refundable charge. Our problem isn't spending the $16.95 per month that actually does not result my banking account at-all, what does make me upset may be the customer support supplied by Experian. Particularly the worker who named her home "Alex". Alex only a little heads-up be mor skilled whenever you cope with clients since you never understand who they might understand with Experian that me set you back your professional job. Simply an FYI to those people who are section of Experian appears a lot more like a fraud than other things. I have been spending $16.95 since March and never once have i actually obtained a credit history, possibly by email or by email.
