Business & Finance

I've had a charge-off on my Experian Credit History for nearly 11 weeks since I can't get eliminated despite arguing it twice. The charge-off claims that I owed JC Penney $1200 and they published it off in July after it had been not compensated. I never had a charge card with JC Penney in my own existence and that I never store within their shops or in thier drugstores like Eckerds they possessed. I wrote to Experian and informed them that I never had this consideration plus they claim they confirmed your debt —end-of issue for them. Evidently all Experian does is request GEMB to confirm the consideration figures on the pc fit my name. They are doing nothing more that I will tell. They inform me I will create to GEMB to dipute it but thats all Experian is going to do. And so I have delivered two licensed characters to GEMB in the tackle they record with Experian which is really a PO Box in El Paso, Texas. Both characters were authorized for by them only at that El Paso tackle over 90 days before. Both characters received no reaction.

I've outstanding credit however now this imperfection has appered on my Experian credit history. Trans-Union and Equifax don't display it simply Experian. I suppose I really could threaten to prosecute them for lible and other problems. Experian claims it'll be eliminated because of the 7-year principle in December therefore like only 8 weeks away and that I figue from the time-my suit surely got to Courtroom they'll have eliminated it and Ill be left with spending thousands in Courtroom costs for something which wasn't my problem. Any guidance / ideas on what I will do?
