David brown, Daniel moore, Liars trying to get in your information

I have been receiving calls of threats to take me to jail or I better get an attorney nonsense. I have talk to these people one time and it is funny to how dumb they think people are. He said you have a legal matter in CA I said umm that is funny how is that I have been there! You must have the wrong person. I ended the call 3 days later they same number 760-269-4157 calls and says I have a legal matter in NC I laugh again ansd said ummmmm again never been there please stop calling me.

But the fear I have is tha people are saying these folk are getting into their bank accounts can someone tell me how so I can avoid this as it has not happen to me yet. I am getting the calls.
