Ripoff dishonest not clear deceiving

To whom it may concern; first premier bank didn't clearly state the fee that was charged.
When I inquired about the fee; I told them because the fee was so much I wanted to cancell the card.
At that time the representitive I talked to said he would take off $30.00. On that offer I agreed to give them a chance.
Who ever made that offer Lied! Because I got my statement and nothing was changed.
The way I see it. The offer was only made to pull me into a trap.
