First Premier bank ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing to get the card you are charged upwards of 300.00 and you only recieve credit for 50.00 Sioux Falls nationwide

First premier will offer you a card with a 300.00 cedit limit, however they charge all of these fees and when they are done you end up with about a 50.00 credit limit unless you pay the remaining 250.00, now is'nt it illegall to charge someone for some thing the did not create?

Please help i would like to cancel this card as soon as possible and i do not feel like i owe them anything. Do you?
