I've been using TurboTax for 7 years but WOn't utilize their goods again. After entering my duty data and viewing a reimbursement due, I plumped for ‘audit defense’, that was one more $40.in the place of spending money on it having a charge card, I chose to make use of the choice to withhold it from my reimbursement. BIG ERROR, I suppose I didn’t begin to see the fine-print that has to suggest that I'll be billed one more $30 for running by “University Nationwide Bank”. WHOA, after providing them with company for purchasing one more support (real revenue, since I have won’t be audited), they compensate me by paddling me with another $30 charge.

I’m achieving this criticism in mention of the turbotax about my duty return. I received my duty reimbursement and that I believed anything could be good. I got half the cash off my card to complete some issues I'd to complete. Next time i usrd the card it rejected. I named customer support to determine why my cash wasn't about the card plus they stated I had been being audited for idenity theft. Its been over per month and six faxes afterwards of my social protection, evidence of tackle, and i.D. Card and im still obtaining the run-around. I've been really individual with turbotax, but its just starting to go out. I am aware guarding my solitude but what more do I have to do to show who I'm.

As well as for what? To withhold $40 from my reimbursement???!!! I really could educate a horse to achieve that to get a good fresh strawberry. LOL

Avoid TURDOTAX!!!???!!!
