Accuracy Guarantee Class Action Suit?

Has other people available been a target of Intuit TurboTaxis "Precision Promise" and "Audit Support" vaporware?

I had been audited from the government for my TurboTax 2007 return. The end result was roughly $3300 in fines and curiosity.
