Chase bank has closed my IRA without telling me, and it’s caused all kinds of problems

My partner had a merchant account wth Washington Shared however they combined with Pursuit. Pursuit delivered a notice to my home declaring that until they notice from us, they'll move the cash towards the Condition to be inactive. I simply discovered this after I received a 1099 declaring a submission cash that I never obtained. I visited the Pursuit and requested them to fix this error and re open the IRA account. They WOn't get it done. I wound up payting fees for the money the condition still has it. Chase bank has shut my IRA without informing me, and it’s triggered a myriad of issues. This fraud needs to proceed end today.

I’ve been a Pursuit client for several years, with a large number of bucks in balances all around the location. It’s not reason they can’t get into my consideration and clean up this clutter, my cash generally is based on this. I named their customer support telephone number, but got only disappointment in exchange. How else am I designed to repair these issues with the fees arriving April. The cash is still inside, despite the fact that the notice claims otherwise.
