Option One is ripping people off unreal. My husband send i mortgage with western union every month so it will be on time. After the fifteen is considered late. They be harrassing on the third of the month. We send it on time they say we were late. They send I money back for two months 3,600 hundred dollars. Said we owe them 9,000 area.

My husband got every print out for every single mortagage we send them with western union. The other day with go mail from people wanting to help us because i house is going up for sherrif sale. Called my lawyer he said he have not heard any thing from Option One or they lawyer. I thought me and family was the only one going throw this problem. But looking on interent and so they're doing this to alot of poor people. I t have to be a stop to Option one.
