Corporation rip-off! Illegal loan servicing practices

This company needs to be sued! There are MANY complaints against them for unfair collection practices and loan servicing nightmares. BEWARE! My loan was transferred to them immediately upon refi. NO transfer information came from them as required by RESPA until I received the FIRST statement already incorrectly showing TWO months past due. I talked to everyone that works there. No one takes care of anything. They pass it off and put in their computer that it was resolved when it was not.

They do not respond to "qualified written requests" as required by law. I have not received a statement since the first incorrect one in june! They claim sending a statement is a "courtesy"!! They claim they are mailed when in fact you can actually talk to someone honest that actually researches, you find out no statement was ever printed or mailed. Then they say they will send you another one but they never do. I have proof. They call my house three times in less than 24 hours from the collections dept before payment is even due even though my payment was already mailed, without a statement from them!!!

THIS COMPANY IS BAD NEWS! I have a huge legal file going. I have documents and certified mail that I have sent with no response. This company should not be allowed to get away with this. Beware! Write everything down. Document. Send certified mail!!
