On October My client gave him so called appraisal fee, $4,500. For a purchase and renovation of a Dinner $1,000, 000. At a low interest., since that day there every week excuses and promises that the contracts are being issued in Russia by Russian banks, until today there is nothing.

Beginning of April I have send Glyn Perry a Money gram of $2,000. To cover for 2 Appraisals 1. Commercial $750,000. Loan, 2. Residential $300,000., his excuse about sending cash as MG, because his previous guy, John messed him up and it will take him 2 weeks to set up a new company.

We were told that the Appraiser will contact the Borrowers for the inspection to be on a certain day, when it came close to that day we contacted Glyn Perry, that no one had contacted, his first excuse was that he received his money late he could not set up the appointment, after that he Son became sick, every time with a different excuse until you do not hear from him.

I am lucky that he did not take much money from my clients, he was pressing I should give him more business, I said to him first close these then we go further.

I have proof on everything Email, receipts etc, if you need more proof I will gladly provide you.
