I simply tested my online CITIBANK BANK ACCOUNT... And discovered an unauthorized demand made from $9.95. From a web-based organization "www.autokitshop. Wsaston"...

I'm worried since I don't utilize my bank card except to pay for charges online! How come citibank is allowing this occur?

How is that this unfamiliar organization acquiring my bank card?
