Teller Deposited Withdrawal Into Savings, Checks Bounced and Manager Hung Up

My transaction was for money to be transferred from my savings to my checking account to pay my bills until my monthly pay check became deposited. I made my transaction at the Wells Fargo Bank Branch at 401 S College Ave in Fort Collins where I was a customer. The teller was vigorously chatting with co-workers about what they were going to do that Friday night. She ended up depositing a withdrawal from my checking into my savings account.

All my checks bounced and my payments were late. This ruined my credit score. I tried to appeal to Anita Nimitz, the branch manager at the 401 S College Avenue Wells Fargo branch. She was unsympathetic to my problem, when I started crying on the phone, she yelled that she couldn't understand me and that she wanted me to stop it and speak clearly. I began crying harder and then she hung up on me. I no longer am a Wells Fargo Bank customer. When I closed my 20 year old accounts, I was handed a check and told to have a nice day. No apology, no remorse. I'd like to sincerely warn others to avoid this horrible, unfriendly, inhumane bank.
