Like a broken record

We are in the same situation and have the same story as all of you! We have been "dealing" (if you can call it that since you can never get in touch with anyone at the "firm") for over a year now. On the few occasions that I was able to actually speak to someone, all I got was the run around and was told to send them my updated financial information. The sickness in my stomach tells me that we need to just face the fact, that this is a scam and they like to kick people & families while they are down! Now after doing what they advised us to do. Which was to stop paying our mortgage, we are in an even deeper debit situation since we now owe a years worth of mortgage payments. If someone could please advise me how to get my $4,000 back from Macey, Alemen & Searns! I will need those funds to find shelter for my family when we lose our home.
