In a Nutshell: Macey, Aleman and Searns contacted me from my prior internet search. They promised me they would help modify my home loan and were very compassionate at first.

Next thing they get $875.00 from my acccount and I hear nothing from them. I cancel my services on the last day of my 30 day window and request a full refund. I speak to the secretary Renee an she informs me everyone has left for the day. I inform her that I sent an e-mail prior to calling her and let her know my situation, she says she will pass it on... Right.

I call Colin, who was trying to help get my money back, but when I tell him the situation he also says he will forward my situation and get it taken care of. The next day my calls are not delivered to anyone, they stop me on the phone from reaching anyone and give me a person named Rosa to send another email and general "Let us know" story. They asked for no financial information as to my "File", but took the money and I haven't heard from them since. It's going on almost a month with no resolution.
