They have a fraud dept that does NOTHING when OBVIOUS fraud occurs

They've a scam department that does nothing-when APPARENT scam happens, they're complete fools. It's Christmas Eve evening and ZERO notice in the lender I've employed for nearly ten years that my bank card data have been sacrificed. Two similar costs produced in FLORIDA in a Layer section and that I reside in Texas but no body informs me or informs me SOMETHING. Talked to fraud department only today plus they essentially stated “too bad” after which attempted at fault the scam on me since I applied my bank card locally within TX”. Really??? And that I won't have use of ANYTHING today for approximately 10 times till I get another card. Happy Y* Holiday to my kid when he won’t have presents.
