Hello all, I just received a call today from a young man that told me I was being sued for a cash advance that I had took out and wanted to know if the numbers * was the last four of my social. He told me to call this number 707-508-4204 and if the line was busy to call back, if no one answered to call back. So I called the number back right away and asked to speak to Alex Watson (the name given to me in the first call) and they informed me he was not available, but this young man would be able to help me and his name was or is Micheal Clark or Carter.
This man then proceeds to tell me that I was being sued for a loan that was taking out, but could not tell me how much the loan was or when the loan was taking out. He wold me that I would get a letter stating that I was being sued for the monies that was loaned to me. He never gave me a amount, account number or when and where the loan was taking.
So he became very rude when I told him that I never took out a loan and that I was not paying anything that I have any knowledge of an I hope he does his best to get the money cause I was not giving up a dime and hung up. I later called after reading these post and the number is busy or does not work, so yes this is a scam and I personally will like to have something done with these, less than human beings.
