H.H. Gregg penalized me for early payment - H.H. Gregg Credit

I always make my payments on time. Made May 1st payment on April 6th. Charged a late fee because they applied this payment to the previous month (so there were now 2 payments for April). Took 3 phone calls to get my late fee refunded. On my fourth call, they refused to remove my passed due notice because I paid it too early. I immediately paid the entire bill in full so I don't have to deal with them again. I will never step foot in their store again.
