Deer Valley Smiles issued me a Gift card on 2-3-12 and on 4-27 12 our balance was only 12.79, even though it was a &25.00 card that had not been used before. The valid date extended until 5/19 so why did I not get get &25.00 worth? I believe U.S. Bank owes me 12.21. I will tell Deer Valley Smiles about this questionable way their gift certificates are redeemed. Bande
